Procurement support for our growing client who are striving to continue to deliver top-quality products to their customers with excellent service. The role will be a good opportunity to further develop existing skills in communication, streamlining processes and keeping track of multiple ongoing projects.
Job Description:
* Acting as the key liaison between the Product team, Warehouse and Customer Service departments to ensure deliveries can be booked in promptly
* Informing customers of any changes to their orders
* Purchase order preparation and product setup
* Using a working knowledge of Excel to keep track of production schedules
* Vendor correspondence (with vendors within the UK and International)
* Maintaining delivery trackers
* Accurately entering goods received at outside warehouses onto the finance system.
* Daily investigation and clearing of goods booked in via the warehouse and anomaly resolution.
* System set up of new products and their components.
* Freight invoice processing and posting onto the finance system.
* Administration of Purchase Orders on the finance system.
* New supplier setup
* Support for the ordering, receipt, and processing of personalized products
* Support the OSAS team in their daily tasks
Person Specification:
* Attentive to detail and accuracy
* Good numeracy and written communication
* Experience of working across multiple departments
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Focused and self-motivated
* Enthusiastic team player
Additional Information:
* Based in Chessington
* GBP25,000
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days after one year
