An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our client's award winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in Bristol as a Renewals Coordinator.
* Location: Bristol
* Salary: GBP24,000k (OTE: GBP26,000k)
* Hours: Full time 8:45am-6:00pm Monday-Friday
* Contract: Permanent
The role involved processing tenancy renewal agreements through regular contact with Landlords and Tenants via email and phone communication, to include negotiating and agreeing renewal terms. Strong relationship management skills are essential with tasks to include weekly reporting to management.
The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service at all times.

The right candidate will have sales or customer service experience ideally within the property industry. The role will initially be based close to the city centre however following training the right candidate will be able to work from home
