Family Solicitor - 3PQE+
Description
I am excited to be exclusively representing a specialist Family Solicitors firm to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join their small but growing team.
Working on wholly privately funded family matters, the role has a ready made caseload for their new recruit.
Responsibilities
Working alongside the Managing Director, the role includes the full range of family law matters:
* Divorce
* Civil Partnership Dissolution
* Ancillary Relief
* Pre-nuptial Agreements
* Childcare
* Conducting Advocacy
Qualifications
Obviously a passion for family law is essential as is a drive to develop both in terms of experience and position within the firm. It is anticipated that the appointed Family Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years PQE and a proven track record in managing complex cases from initial instruction to successful conclusion.
Experience of working collaboratively or Resolution membership is of particular interest but not essential.
Finally, if you have aspirations to be involved in the firms marketing and business development activities this would be entirely welcome too.
