The Work Shop are excited to be working alongside our client based in Ringwood who are a fast growing company providing specialised roofing systems.
Roles include:
This is a diverse role which will include assisting with their events schedule, setting up event stands across the South and Midlands. You will be setting gazebos up for their markets, instores and agricultural/garden show events.
This role will also involve working in their busy warehouse picking and packing orders, receiving deliveries and unpacking lorries, and moving stock around by hand or forklift (training can be provided for the forklift). You'll be checking for damaged or missing items, stock monitoring and processing goods in to the warehouse. There is also the need to schedule collections, manage item transfers, and the general housekeeping of the work place.
Skills & Requirements:
• You will ideally need to have some previous warehouse experience
• Physically strong and able to lift heavy stock and equipment
• Good planning, organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Be able to be flexible with your working hours
• Full clean driving license due to company van being provided
Hours will be mainly split shifts, setting up events in the morning between 6am and 9am and breaking them back down in the afternoon between 3pm and 7pm.
Warehouse hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The hours are either 7am-3.30pm / 8am-4.30pm / 9am-5.30pm, usually worked on a rota basis with some flexibility of scheduling
