About the Role
Two Rivers Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking HR Administrator to join our client in the Property and Welfare sector. As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the organisation. You will assist the operation of the business by supporting HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, and payroll processing whilst providing clerical support to all employees.

About the Person
As an HR Administrator, you must have outstanding administrative and communication skills. You will be a conceptual thinker with superb organisational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatise to a fast-paced environment. To be successful in your application you must display remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will have a Foundation CIPD membership (or equivalent). Experience working within a commercial environment would be advantageous as the successful applicant will have experience using HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
As HR Administrator you will provide generalist support to senior HR team members and ensure that all administration linked to the Human Resources department is up to date on a day-to-day basis through a variety of duties including:
* Supporting all internal and external HR-related inquiries, including absence, payroll, and exit interviews
* Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, in line with Recruitment & Selection policy and procedures
* Coordinating training sessions and seminars alongside the orientation and record-keeping of new staff
The Reward
The salary for the HR Administrator position is circa GBP26,000 - GBP28,000 per annum (DOE). The job offers full flexibility with the prospect of catering your working hours to your needs.
