A growth and regeneration group with a strong social purpose, our client works in partnership with Liverpool City Region and the North West to improve lives and create thriving, vibrant communities through support, investment, development and regeneration.
This particular arm is committed in supporting the development of stronger communities; creating connected, independent and sustainable neighbourhoods, through empowering people to achieve their full potential. Dedicated to their staff, their families and communities, striving for happy and healthy lives for all.
Our client is looking for a dynamic and innovative individual who has the skills to work across a number of disciplines, including health, wellbeing and community support projects; working with these organisations to signpost individuals to receive the most appropriate support to move them closer to employment and/or training. You will be managing the expectations and meeting the needs of multi-agency referral organisations, whilst also working in partnership with external partners to ensure the 'best fit' for each participant.
This programme works with people across Cheshire and Warrington who are out-of-work and facing significant barriers to employment. The programme is delivered by a partnership of 18 agencies. Funding for the programme has been extended to 2023, which will allow the programme to support 6,000 people over the course of its lifetime.
This person will have day-to-day responsibility for developing and managing effective working practice with referral organisations and project partners.
You will be working alongside the marketing and social media team supporting the development of innovative and engaging content that reflects the positive work of our client and its partners, with a view to engaging new participants, who can benefit from their service.
To be successful in this role, you will be well organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to relate to individuals in a wider range of situations.
The programme is funded by the European Social Fund, with match funding from the National Lottery Community Fund.
