One Property Recruitment are seeking a Property Manager to join a rapidly growing company in the Peterborough area. This is an opportunity not to be missed! You will be overseeing a mixed portfolio across the Cambridgeshire region where customer service delivery is the focus. Main duties include:
* Managing a Cambridgeshire portfolio
* Upholding customer service delivery standards
* Assist with tendering for new business
* Conducting and managing section 20 consultations
* Managing service charge budgets
* Monthly reporting
