Marketing Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Marketing Manager to join our friendly team. This role is intrinsic to the S&A division and will not only be involved with the day to day elements but will also contribute and help develop the annual marketing strategy for the Division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager looking for their next move.

The Role

To support the Head of Marketing and develop an annual strategic marketing and content plans
Line Management of a Marketing Executive and a Graphic Designer
Asset sign off support for marketing executives - including articles, email, social posts, partner assets, design creative and more
Plan, track and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Budget management - support managing the marketing budget, alongside processing of invoices and monthly updates
Marketing partnership support - to be the lead marketing contact and support in supplying a range of marketing assets to partners both large and small
Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels across the business
Working closely with the wider team to manage a range of customer facing websites
Content creation for Internal Communications

Experience/Qualifications:

A team player who is personable, collaborative, and happy to get stuck in
Experience working in a regulated environment
Demonstrable experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns including digital marketing channels
Excellent copywriting skills and eye for detail
Experience of budget management and invoice processing
Strong Adobe suite and GA skillset
Website CMS experience - WordPress preferred
Comfortable using a range of tools to execute, measure and report on marketing campaigns
Email marketing experience - preferably Campaign Monitor
Managing and delivering events from start to finish
Relevant degree or qualified to CIM / IDM Diploma level
2+ years marketing experience
Basic graphic design experience (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator is desirable)
Social media experience desirable but not essential
Experience of insurance, financial services or professional services industry desirable but not essential
