About the role:
As a Bar and Waiting Team Member you'll be passionate about providing excellent customer service for our guests. From pulling pints to serving food, you'll be an all-rounder, happy to help and working across all areas. You'll be great at communication, have loads of team spirit and the drive to learn and develop in the role as you go.
Relevant experience may be helpful but if not then don't worry as full training will be given. We love to promote great people from within, so there are always opportunities for progression.
Where you will be working:
The Trearddur Bay Hotel, the best seaside hotel on the island. We are a busy 4 star hotel with a fine dining Bay Restaurant, a popular pub; The Inn at the Bay, our incredible new 1828 outdoor bar & pizza kitchen, indoor swimming pool, plus full conference and banqueting facilities in the Penrhos centre, alongside 47 guest bedrooms.
You will be part of a large team who pride themselves on their levels of customer service and work hard together to deliver our high standards. In our most recent staff survey 95% of the team would recommend us as a good place to work. Cross training is available to those that want to learn hospitality as a whole.
