Private Client Legal Assistant in Birmingham
Our client has a strong presence across Yorkshire and they are now looking for a Legal Assistant to join their busy Birmingham based offices.
The successful candidate will be assisting our client's partners but will also provide support to fellow legal assistants and solicitors on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
* Diary management
* Prioritise workload
* Assisting with daily office tasks
* Providing reception cover when our receptionist is absent
* Compiling letters, documentation and forms
* Preparing documentation and client bills
* Managing client database
* Communicating with clients in person, over email and over the phone
* General administrative duties such photocopying, filing and shredding documents.
