SENCO - Dorking Permanent Role
TLTP are currently working with an SEN school in Dorking. The school are looking to recruit a SENCO to start ASAP.

SENCO:
TLTP are looking for a SENCO who either has experience working in an SEMH school or who is quick to learn. As a SENCO in this school, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operation of the school's SEN policy. Supporting the identification of children with special educational needs. Co-ordinating provision for children with SEN. Liaising with parents of children with SEN.
The school:
This is a secondary school for students aged between 11-18 with social, emotional and mental health issues as well as a broader range of learning needs. The school holds high expectations for their staff. The school offer on-site parking as well as strong transport links for those that would be commuting via public transport. The successful applicant will need to be available ASAP. The school require you to have an extensive knowledge of the curriculum and be able to cater to the different learning needs within the class and styles of learning. They would also like the candidate to be able to land on their feet within the role.
