Working for this independent owner who has built up a fantastic, successful business over the last few years, popular with holiday makers and locals a like. This family friendly group of cafes is looking for its next Head Chef to maintain the quality and push the business to the next level.
The Role
* Prosper Business Recruitment are looking for a strong, innovative Head Chef who has a solid background in fresh food cooking.
* The food is fresh, simple with a modern twist.
* The cafes have gone from strength to strength and the operations manager is looking at ways to ensure that the cafe and shop remains busy all year round
* The client is looking for a Head Chef who can manage a small team, develop a new menu, you must be a chef that is happy to cater for the audience and cook all food from fresh including breads, soups, daily specials, etc..
* We are seeking a chef that understands the local area, a chef with a can do attitude and a chef that can input into the growth and vision of this already successful dining outlet
* You must be smart, reliable with a passion for the catering industry, be able to effectively communicate with the rest of the team and be consistent in producing dishes, this is all about flavour and origin rather than fancy foams and froths.
