Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Location: Salford Quays, M50 3AZ.
Salary: GBP30-GBP35k per annum (depending on experience) plus staff benefits
Contract: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

We are currently recruiting an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead on developing and delivering the EDI strategy and drive measurable change through delegated ownership and accountability of key EDI objectives across the organisation.
You will have experience of designing and delivering Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies, programmes and actions and will bring your expertise in addressing inequalities and in creating opportunities at all levels of the organisation.
Working closely with the Head of HR you will use your experience of implementing HR programmes and building inclusive practices to successfully retain and develop talent. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build positive relationships and will have the passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a permanent, full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday with bank holidays off. This role is currently being worked onsite with some remote working.
