Lettings Negotiator

My client based in Epsom are recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join them team on a permanent basis.

The role of Lettings Negotiator is to arrange and conduct appointments with potential tenants to view properties. The successful candidate will develop relationships with those wishing to rent a property and landlords who are seeking tenants. This will mean meeting in person with clients and communicating via telephone and email.

Responsibilities include:

• Promoting properties

• Meeting with prospective tenants and working out their exact needs

• Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties

• Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental

• Answering queries from clients and protentional clients

• Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants

• Explain the tenancy agreement and arranging signing of the agreement

• Organising payments

• Keeping administration systems up to date

You will have a passion for property and previous experience working within an estate agent. You'll find it easy to organise , plan and solve problems, will have excellent communication skills and be confident negotiating.

It is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle which can be used for work, you will be given a monthly GBP100 car allowance.

Hours: Monday -Thursday 8.45am-7pm, Friday 8.45am-6pm, Saturday 8.45am- 5pm with a day off in lieu

Salary: GBP16-20,000 per annum depending on experience with an OTE of GBP30-35,000 per annum

Bonus/Incentives: Uncapped commission 5% on anything personally let, yearly incentives on reviews, other bonus and incentives based on targets being received
