LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a multinational professional services firm, assisting with the appointment of a Recruitment Officer in Manchester.

The role would manage the recruitment process for a wide range of roles throughout the UK offices, and support and work closely with the Recruitment Manager.

Responsibilities will include end-to-end management of recruitment for senior grade hires, working closely with the hiring community, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates. Strong stakeholder management is key - there is a sourcing team that focuses on this aspect, the Recruitment Officer will lead the process, partnering with recruitment managers and advising and guiding on the process.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this international company. We require an individual with proven experience in 360 recruitment and who has the ability to develop creative and effective recruitment strategies.

Experience required:

Demonstrable experience in developing good working relationships and managing expectations of stakeholders
Ability to write professional and engaging job adverts
Experience using direct sourcing tools and Boolean
Passionate about creating and delivering an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience
Commercially minded, able to understand how recruitment can support the requirements of stakeholders and the wider business
Strong organisational and time management skills, experienced in managing multiple recruitment campaigns within tight deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders remotely and face to face
Proven experience managing the full cycle of experienced hire recruitment, from vacancy brief through to offer, within a recruitment agency, RPO or in-house environmentThis is a hybrid-working role, with minimum 2 set days of office attendance required (Manchester City Centre)
