Quantity Surveyor

My client is a well-established and expanding construction consultancy with over 10 locations worldwide. They offer a diverse range of services including Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Cost Consultancy and Project Monitoring. With an excellent reputation built upon previous successes, they are now looking to grow their Manchester location by taking on an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

The Quantity Surveyor must have experience in running projects autonomously within a consultancy, property background. The role will mainly be focusing on the healthcare and residential sectors, having experience in these areas is not a requirement, however, is preferred. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake certain Project Monitoring responsibilities, this would mean there would be an added focus on the financial processes of a project. Moreso than the average Quantity Surveying role.

The successful candidate must:

• Have a RICS accredited degree.
• Either be MRICS or working towards chartership.
• Show knowledge in running projects from inception through to completion independently.
• Be able/willing to undertake Project Monitoring duties.
• Have a consultancy background.
