Social Media Officer and Web Content Editor
Huntress have been appointed to source a Social Media Officer to join this multination gas and energy company.
The Social Media Officers (SMO) are responsible for all content, campaigns and customer interactions on SSEN's social media channels, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Power Track app. They are also responsible for management and design of all aspects of the website, and for completing website requests for all business areas. The SMO is the escalation point for any customer complaints. They are also the point of contact to ensure escalation procedures are followed.

Located in Portsmouth - Must be a commutable distance to Portsmouth - 100% onsite

Respond to customer enquiries via social media
Identifying vulnerability in customers
Recording and resolving complaints
Logging and highlighting damage to the network
Customer satisfaction scores
Website content requests
Create and run social media campaigns to support business objectives

Provide analytical reports for business areas
