Salary: GBP28,600-GBP31,200

Responsibilities
Highly experienced administrator with excellent organisation skills to manage fast-moving events
High attention to detail with drive and commitment to own and deliver an extremely fast-paced job.
Responsible for combine events administration such as arranging and delivering meetings, Scheduling conferences and recognition dinners, pulling in various service providers and managing progress of same with calendar scheduling for the senior leadership team.
The role is not a PA role but will work alongside the 2 PAs to manage senior managers' schedules.
Skills/experience required
MS Office experience
SAP experience would be an advantage
Communication skills
Able to multi-task and prioritise
Additional Information
This is a temporary role for 12 months with a view to extending. Once successful you will be required to undergo a background check along with a drug & alcohol test (more details can be provided)
