Healthcare Assistant - The Role:
We are looking to recruit Medical Agency File Handlers. This role provides admin and customer support to solicitors in obtaining medical records and expert medial reports.
Healthcare Assistant - You:
- Have healthcare experience?
- Looking to move into a more regular office role?
- Happy to pick up the phone and speak to customers?
- Enjoy paperwork, crossing the 'Is' and dotting the 'Ts'?
- Know your way around Microsoft office?
If you answered yes, then this is the role for you!
Don't worry if this is not something you have done before, we provide exceptional training to ensure our team members feel confident in their role. We will support you while you learn.
Healthcare Assistant - Things you want to know:
- Starting salary is GBP20,488.65 (or NLW if applicable)
- Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
- 23 days holiday, we reserve three of these days to be used for the closure of the business during Christmas and New Year
- 'Service Pledge Hero'; 'Employee of the Month' and 'Top Call Handler' incentives; rewarded with vouchers, chocolates, early finishes or late starts
- Lots of other benefits like holiday buyback, death in service, Employee Assistant Programme, paid for social evets
