MAINTENANCE OPERATIVE
Emerson Management Services Limited, the property management division of the highly successful Emerson Group require a Maintenance Operative to join its in-house maintenance team based in Alderley Edge.
The successful applicant will be part of a team helping to look after the buildings within The Emerson Group Portfolio.
Experience is not necessary as we will train the right person. Duties will include general cleaning, gardening, furniture removal, jet-washing and various other works.
This job offers a variety of duties and no two days are the same. 42.5 hours per week with some Saturday overtime available. Uniform is provided.
A full clean driving licence is essential for this job.
