Salary: GBP22,000 per annum plus veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (30 minute unpaid break)

Location: Gerrards Cross

What will you be doing?

Responsible for all emails for general enquiries and exchange requests
Purchase orders and Manual Invoices
Putting the routes out ready for drivers and confirming delivery dates and disposals etc
Keeping all fleet folders to the required minimum. Defect 3 months, Vehicles 18 months.
Resolve day to day customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Raise purchase orders and validate invoices.
Produce morning report on missed collections and call customers to advise
General administration duties
Experience in the waste industry is not essential and full training will be given

What are we looking for?

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent experience.
Good IT literacy
Strong communication skills
Good Planning and organisational skill
