Senior Learning and Development Co-ordinator

Newcastle/Hybrid working

LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) is partnered with a leading law firm, assisting with the appointment of a Senior Learning and Development Coordinator in Newcastle.

The role would support the L&D Co-ordination team, in the planning and scheduling of delivery. The type of training includes soft skills training, best practice, and management skills. The Senior would support 2x Co-ordinators as a specialist point of escalation and will handle some of the more high-profile training programmes (co-ordinating, not delivery).

Experience desired:

3+ years' strong coordination experience - L&D/HR preferred
Ability to operate in a friendly, client-focused, professional and discrete manner at all times
Ability to deal with people at all levels within the organisation
Strong team player
Flexible and adaptable approach
Confident and fully competent with IT/use of Microsoft packages
Strong attention to detail; always striving for high quality and continuous improvement
Highly organised and effectively manages time & priorities
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience and knowledge of L&D/LMS systems and best practice approaches
Strong Project Management experience
Demonstrates sound commercial awarenessSpecific industry experience is not a requirement - we will consider candidates from all professional services industry backgrounds should they meet the criteria.

This is a hybrid-working role, with minimum 2 set days office attendance required.
