Warehouse & Operations Controller

Our client a large removals company is looking for an experienced Warehouse & Operations Controller to join their team based in Buckinghamshire.

As the Warehouse & Operations Controller, you will be in control of the branch operations, but also required to carry out removals. On a day-to-day basis, you will plan and co-ordinate the daily running of the warehouse, arrange daily activities and check all goods in.

The successful Warehouse & Operations Controller will have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, preferably some Removals experience, and a Forklift - Reach and Counterbalance Licences.

Duties of the Warehouse & Operations Controller:

Load vehicles & shipping containers, where required

Ensure health and safety policies are adhered to, including the company Covid-19 procedures

Be the point of contact between the branch and the General Manager

Ensure daily machinery checks are carried out

Experience required for the Warehouse & Operations Controller:

Full driving licence

Basic Word and Excel skills
