We are growing our Tracker team in Brentwood and are looking for a Manager to join us who will play an active role in generating new leads / business development opportunities for our Tracker system. In addition, you will also help increase our client base to grow its revenue stream and promote the wider Creditor Solutions products and services to clients and prospective businesses.

Our Tracker team is part of our Creditor Solutions team who are licensed insolvency practitioners and one of the UK's largest bankruptcy appointment takers, we have a large creditor services team which help SMEs, banks, utilities companies, local authorities and professional practices.

Responsibilities

* Promotion of the Tracker system through product demonstrations and, where applicable involving other teams within Creditor Solutions to cross-sell services.

* Contribute to the positive morale, whilst coaching the team to enable successful market outcomes.

* Working with internal stakeholders in the RSM Group, acting as first point of contact to promote the system to our existing client base.

* Prospect for potential new clients, load new client details to internal systems, Complete onboarding process for Partner approval and all other associated compliance.

* Achieve individual and departmental targets for Tracker appointments and sales by marketing the system to clients and external firms for a variety of sectors.

* Researching and identifying information and leads from various sources, including the Tracker system.

* Effectively managing and tracking progress of these leads whilst evaluating the quality of data as efficiently as possible.

* Acting as internal support for Creditor Solutions assisting with data queries and preparing Tracker reports when required.

* Contributing to the identification and impact of company issues and risks.

* Updating and maintaining records with accurate and appropriate information.

* Actively participating in team meetings, suggesting recommendations to improve processes, procedures and working practices.

* Carrying out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the role and its grading, as requested by the line manager, Head of Department or any Director/Partner.
