Candidate Consultant - Resourcer
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) - some flexibility needed
Northampton
Due to a very successful start to the year, ACS Recruitment are looking to hire a new Candidate Consultant. We are looking for a motivated and organised Resourcer, providing a seamless transaction of service to our candidates, from attraction through to assignment. You will attract, interview and onboard candidates for temporary vacancies, providing a dedicated end to end resourcing service to both our candidates and the client.
Role:
Writing of engaging adverts for various jobs, across a plethora of platforms including job boards and social media
Responding to all candidate's enquiries into the busines for 'job searches' and advertisements
Becoming an "embedded resource" within our client sites, becoming specialists of recruiting for our clients and living & breathing the roles they recruit
Carrying out searches for candidates.
Contacting candidates and arranging registrations
Tracking candidate's progress/activity
Assisting in identifying, assessing, and putting forward appropriately qualified and skilled job-seeking candidates for placement into specified vacancies
Maintaining a pool of readily available temporary candidatesPerson:
Confident and persuasive communicator
Strong IT skills - including the use of MS Office and Excel
Accurate, with attention to detail
Comfortable with servicing roles across a range of industries and disciplines
Previous Resource experience desirable
Previous Admin, Customer Service and Payroll experience desirableBenefits:
