Wills & Probate Solicitor
My client is Seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their York, Yorkshire offices.
You will be joining a firm that has seen a significant growth over the last few years and has a large share of the legal business in the local area.
Are you a self-motivated individual who has a positive, can-do attitude and is interested in joining our expanding team? If so, then read on.
The ideal candidate:
• Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate
• Knowledge of Wills & Probate Law and procedures
• Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs
• Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work
• Ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures
• Complying with professional practice rules
• Assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers
• Undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/ expertise
