Talent Specialist - fixed term contract - view to permanent role

Here at Morson Group, we are actively looking for an internal Talent Assistant to join our growing Manchester-based HR team. This is initially on a contract basis with a view to being made permanent.
This role is key in supporting the attraction of top talent for Morson Group. The Talent Acquisition Assistant will work with internal managers across the groups to support with their recruitment requirements. Key responsibilities will include sourcing CVs, facilitating interviews, and supporting with any other recruitment activity.
Other duties within the role will include -
Being the first point of contact for all internal Morson applicants, both internal and external.
Creating job advertisements in line with manager descriptions, and posting to relevant job boards
Pre-screening potential candidates to identify suitability for the relevant role
Ensuring the delivery of our recruitment process is effective, efficient professional and robust, with an excellent sense of customer service and positive candidate experience
Complying with all relevant legislation, maintaining accurate records and following business procedures
Arranging and facilitating interviews and providing feedback to all applicants in process in a timely manner
Working closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
What we are looking for -
Immediate/quick start required
Recruitment experience, specifically using Linked In recruiter and job boards for sourcing candidates
Excellent customer service experience
The ability to thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on experience using IT programmes and systems
Personable, with strong communication and relationship building capabilities
Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
Highly organised and responsive, with ability to work to KPIs and tight deadlines
