My client is searching for a NQ Solicitor specializing in IP, Technology & Commercial law to join their team.

The successful candidate will be involved in working with clients from Public, Private and Third Sector.

The role covers a broad range of activities including commercial contracts, intellectual property, information technology and information law activities including, IP protections, infringement, licensing and outsourcing, trademarks, patents, copyright, domain names, data protection & freedom of information, other compliance matters including anti-bribery & MODSA and the drafting, negotiating and revising of all manner of commercial contracts including, without limitation, distribution, supply, sponsorship, agency, manufacturing and general terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods and services.

Education/Experience:

• The successful candidate will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving, time management and a client focused approach to all aspects of day-to-day tasks.
• Applicants must be able to juggle a busy and varied workload, have an enthusiastic approach to work and enjoy working in a team environment.
• The successful candidates will be expected to work alongside other practice groups within the firm providing a collaborative approach to the provision of client service.
• Applicants must also be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage and run their day-to-day work with appropriate supervision.
