Web Designer/ Developer (Hybrid/ Remote)

The client in question is a well-established boutique digital agency who are absolutely flourishing. With a healthy flow of new business and a desire to expand their proposition, they're now seeking a skilled Web Developer to join their Winchester based creative team.
These guys build stunning websites that not only look great, but they actually function. It's about driving sales leads and not just pretty websites- They do that too! With that in mind, you'll be passionate about the design element of websites but also the core functionality and user experience. That may sound like a lot, but it's not all on you! The creative team is a talented bunch who all collaboratively deliver exceptional work for end clients. You'll therefore be someone who enjoys a 'all together' approach for project delivery, yet you'll be technically capable to add value and direction where required.
The role:
You will be designing, building and maintaining seamless user experiences and fully responsive websites.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about design and creativity, able to engage other people with their ideas and express them. An eye for design is equally important as your web development skills. You could say it's a unicorn role however if you're stronger in design with some development experience vice-versa, we'd still love to talk to you. The business is open minded about finding the right individual and they're willing to invest time into getting them up to speed.
Ideal Requirements:
* Experience within a similar role that encompasses both Website Design and Development
* Confident utilising a CMS (WordPress ideally): Custom theme creation
* A background in utilising HTML5, CSS3, JQuery / JavaScript
* Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite
* Natural team player
* A blend of technical and design experience
Desirable experience:
* Experience of using HubSpot
