Sales Office Coordinator
Our Client based in Corby is looking for a Sales Office Coordinator. A highly organised and efficient professional, ideally with a background in administration & sales. This will be a fast paced, demanding role with the successful candidate being able to adapt to challenges and offer flexibility where needed.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will be resourceful, a good problem solver, with the ability to multitask.
* Knowledge of the packaging industry would be beneficial, though not essential.
* Min of 2 years previous administration experience.
* Excellent communication skills with a professional office and telephone manner.
* Ability to be flexible, where required.
* Maths and English qualifications
Role Responsibilities
Below responsibilities are not an inclusive list of duties
• Order processing for all 3 companies with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining stock records and booking in deliveries.
• Processing supplier invoices for purchased materials.
• Updating company planning and schedules for all 3 companies.
• Arranging outgoing transport and planning cost effective delivery routes for drivers.
• Overseeing daily activity for drivers.
• Dealing with and resolving any on the day issues.
• Generating pallet labels and delivery notes.
• Booking out courier parcels.
• Courier tracking/scanning/filing.
• Any other administrative tasks.
• Liaising and relationship building with customer and supply lines.
• Communicating effectively throughout all parts of the business over both sites.
• Answering phone calls and customer queries with a professional telephone manner
• Following company procedures and processes
