Construction Administrator - Reading area - c. GBP23,000 - Temp to Perm
Introduction
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client, a House Builder, based in the Reading area. This role involves supporting the Construction team in a variety of administrative functions.
This role will be a temp to perm position based in the office near Reading.
Duties:
General administration duties supporting the Construction department and wider team that include:
* Health and Safety administration
* Liaising with site staff (stationary, queries etc)
* Liaising with the buying team for purchases
* Filing safety reports
* Admin of Safety Portal (setting up sites, users etc)
* Organising training needs for construction staff
* Tracking training provided
* Allocation of site paper work
* Organising and minuting meetings and distributing to relevant team members
* Answering queries on behalf of construction team
* Initial admin sete up for new sites
Key Skills:
* Administration experience in an office environment
* Previous experience in the house building/construction industry desirable.
