Wills Advisor/Paralegal

The role:
This highly ranked regional law Firm are looking for a Wills Advisor/Paralegal, who will be able to advise clients on all aspects of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Enduring Powers of Attorney. You will be developing your skills in this area, to include meeting clients, drafting documents, executing them, as well as administrative checks and duties. You will be working alongside top lawyers; in a firm whose culture is to support and invest in their people to deliver high standards. You will be based in the Private client team in Exeter but working with clients from all over the South West.
The position is permanent and full time, working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.15 pm with the opportunity for some hybrid working.
The requirements:
Ideally you will have Paralegal experience, (preferably in Wills and Powers of Attorney, although this is not essential), excellent communication skills, an ability to work in a team environment and to deadlines, be organised and committed to delivering exceptional client care.
