x2 customer service advisors needed urgently, 12 month FTC-permanent, 4pm-10pm, 30 hours per week (Mon-Fri), based in Leicester (near B&Q-LE4) GBP15,600p/a (GBP10.00p/hr), contract could be extended depending on the performance of your work as a Inbound Customer service agent, you will take Inbound calls from customers with queries, office based.
Responsibilities:
- Send out Engineers to customer locations within the UK
- Data inputting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Raising order unique number for the customer
-Liaising with Engineers on there location to the customer
