Team Leader

Interaction Health and Social Care are looking for a Team Leader to help lead the build out of our Peterborough office. You will be working with best in class recruiters and you will of come from a solid background in health and social care recruitment. We are looking for indivudals with a back ground in Temp or Perm recruitment with the ability to grow established relationships and identify new opportunities for the business. As an independant recruitment business we are not shackled by endless meetings, and red tape - if its a great idea, we can do it - your voice will be heard.

You will be a comfortable communicator and work well in a team, a sense of humour is essential in recruitment. We are on a journey to transform Health and Social Care recruitment and will work together to acheive this.

As this is a build you will have the opportunity to craft a region around you and endless opportunites to gain both financially and professionally. This is a roll your sleeves up and get involved - our managers lead from the front and work their own desks, we encourage client meetings and we never go home until the job is done.
