Coastfields Holiday Village were established in 1972 with 12 caravans and a bungalow after the Purchase of Glen Park. 50 years on and they now welcome thousands of holiday guests and new holiday home owners in 9 holiday venues across Lincolnshire.
They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Payroll Assistant, on a permanent basis, to join their small team. This is a full time position offering a range of benefits. Working alongside the HR Advisor you will be based in Ingoldmells. Duties to include:
* Working with management and the HR advisor to ensure all data is gathered and submitted to an external payroll bureau to be processed (fortnightly and monthly).
* Creating and maintaining payroll spreadsheets ensuring all inputted data is accurate.
* Dealing with all payroll queries.
* Liaising with the external payroll provider as required.
* Processing new starters and leavers paperwork.
* Maintaining annual leave and absence records.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
This search is not limited to any industry. Previous payroll experience in a role working with large amounts of data is required.
* You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
* You will be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative and under pressure.
