Job Description:
As the Internal Account Manager, they will be the main point of contact and support for clients
Manage customer expectations, consistent and clear communication always
The Internal Account Manager will build and nurture collaborative and transparent relationships with key external stakeholders
Work closely with internal departments to ensure all projects are on time and achieve the maximum commercial success
As the Internal Account Manager, they will build the account revenue Candidate Requirements:
Excellent customer services skills with a passion for providing exceptional service
Preferred experience with a product-led environment
Confident, persuasive, and articulate communication skills
Highly professional, engaging telephone manner
Ability to identify customers' needs and provide solutions accordingly
Able to multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proven background in working in a busy and demanding role
Experience in working within an Account Management role with a large customer base would be advantageous Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: GBP21,000 - GBP23,000
