Just Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing business that is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
Maintain all company vehicles in line with legal requirements and schedules, inspections, MOT's, Insurance, tax etc; utilising the fleetcheck software to show vehicle and driver status to facilitate the smooth operation of the fleet.
Maintain a vehicle file for all company vehicle documentation, including V5, contract hire agreements and any other relevant documentation.
Monitory and manage driver utilisation of the fleetchecker vehicle inspection app and reporting functionality.
Download and monitor all drivers tachographs and the vehicle download data
Manage all aspects of Drivers HR requirement, holiday, sick days, and training requirements for CPC compliance.
Experience required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a personable, professional approach
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Have up to date knowledge on Driving Laws and Tachographs/ Infringement legislation
Demonstrate excellent Transport industry experience
Experience and knowledge of fleet management, logistics planning in accordance with legislative constraints
Proven ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers
Hours:
1-5pm 5 days a week or 9am - 3pm 5 days a week
