Candidate Resourcer
GBP20-24k base + Commission + Package
Manchester Airport based role
We are a fast growing Recruitment business specialising in the massively exciting sector; Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality - don't worry we'll train you on all you need to know!
We've been around for over 3 years and work with clients across the globe that are household names in the technology industry - they more than likely made the device you're reading this on!
We also work with film/TV production companies that produce content for cinema, TV and streaming platforms - similar to Disney's The Mandalorian. We did say it was exciting!
Our industry is growing fast, and our clients are recruiting high volumes of permanent and contract Developers, Artists, Producers and Creatives. We need your help to meet the demand and we're looking to hire a candidate Resourcer to join us!!
We're a close-knit team with a culture focused on teamwork and investing in training to develop the skills of our people. We take pride in delivering fantastic service to our clients and candidates and do things properly, without cutting corners!
You'll be well supported, and you'll get all the training and development you need to be successful.
What's the role of Resourcer?
* Research - Work closely with our recruiters to carry out 'candidate mapping' and identify the best industry talent - mainly using LinkedIn and several of our artificial intelligence-based software platforms which we'll train you to use.
* Interviews - Helping recruiters to in advance of the candidate's interview to prepare necessary documentation (such as Company Profile/website, interview questions and preparation etc) to help with their research and play a key role to increases their chances of success!
* Shortlisting - Administration phase in which you will prepare candidate shortlists to present to the recruiter on why you think the candidates are ideally matched against the vacancy we're working on
* Referencing - Obtain telephone-based references for candidates
What about you?
* Strong administrative skills and telephone-based customer service focus
* Enthusiastic, positive and can work in a fast-paced environment
* You have initiative and are good at solving problems
* Great communication skills
* Know how to use MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
