Windmill9 Consulting are working with an independent Sales, Lettings & Property Management agency that is based in the heart of Oundle.
Due to continued growth and successes, they have an opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their established and supportive team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Being an independent business, duties will be varied and the team work very well together to maintain the excellent service standards that they are know for. The successful applicant for this role will need to have some experience in the following;
• Experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• Ability to generate and win business
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the local area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
• Ability to build rapport on viewings
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9.00am-4.00pm with time given back in lieu
Salary and benefits:
GBP21,000-GBP25,000 basic salary
Commission scheme based upon revenue generated
