specimen plant production manager (Horticulture)

Our client , a leading suppliers of specimen plants /trees
now seeking a Production Manager to lead their team producing plants and
trees for our Landscape Department and Clients.
Based in, Buckinghamshire, the post will be seasonally variable and demanding
The Production Manager must enjoy all weather working
Knowledge of Irrigation procedures, PA1 and PA6 spraying licences, and a Forklift licence would
be an advantage, training can be provided for the right candidate.
A full UK driving licence will be desirable.
Applicants must have strong leadership skills, with previous
experience within the industry and a good knowledge and passion for horticulture
Applicants must be a skilled communicator
Full induction and ongoing support in the role will be given to the successful candidate were
this role may be a departure from their current role.
