A leading South West tree surgery and safety equipment supplier is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of an administrator.
The administration role will offer you variety on a daily basis as you will not only be dealing with customers over the phone, but face to face in the onsite showroom. As an administrator your will be undertaking tasks such as.
* Processing sales orders
* Answering customer enquiries
* Updating the company website with new products
* Calculating pricing and updating price lists
* Support with showroom displays
* Greeting customers who come into the showroom to browse and assisting with queries
* Tracking orders and informing customers of progress
Joining the sales administration team will require you to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be proficient in excel. If you have used sage this would be ideal however training is offered so therefore not essential. A flexible team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must, as is the confidence to deal with people face to face.
If you have worked in retail or a face to face customer service role previously and possess good admin and data entry skills, then this may be an ideal opportunity for you. The company are currently are trialling Saturday morning opening to ensure they fulfil customer requirements, however this would equal 1 in 7 Saturday mornings only.
Having been established for over 12 years in the local area, the company has recently moved to their Frome premises due to their rapid expansion. Joining this organisation will also offer you the opportunity to attend trade fairs, and support with onsite forestry safety training days.
