Our client is a global logistics distribution and supply chain business, who supply to a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Co-Ordinator (German Speaking) to join their team.
Description
Duties of the Customer Service Co-Ordinator (German Speaking) include:
Responsible for International Account management and Customer Relationships
Discuss issues with Customers and using methods of resolution to resolve any issues
Acknowledge changes in customer needs and demands, providing feedback to management
Track customer related concerns and provide time sensitive feedback
Overview forecasts and plan ahead with other departments to manage production Profile
The successful candidate must have
Experience with Customer Service in Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Account management experience
SAP Experience
Bilingual (German speaking)
Past experience in a manufacturing environmentJob Offer
What the client is offering:
GBP30,000 salary
Monday - Friday (Approx 37 hours) with Flexi-time & some hybrid available
Office Based, located in Trafford Park (Manchester)
Gym on site
