Our precision engineering client are looking for a Packing Operative to join their team at their modern and innovative factory based on the outskirts of Ilminster. The role is exciting and dynamic and you will be learning as you go with involvement in all areas of the despatch process.

As an Packing Operative you will be responsible for:
Picking and packing products for dispatch
Packaging final products ready for delivery
Palletising and labelling of finished goods
Loading and unloading lorries of deliveries
Updating internal databases with delivery details.We are on the look out for a Packing Operative candidate with previous packing or warehouse experience ideally within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment as well as the aptitude to learn new skills. You will need to be able to understand basic order pick sheets and be able to following instructions.
