Sales Support Team Leader
An exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation, leading a team of 5 in supporting customers. The role will require previous supervisory experience within a sales or customer focused environment setting individual targets and ensuring the department efficiently quote, order and deliver their service. Experience in a consumer finance, automotive or contract hire and fleet management, would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve inbound customer/dealer enquiries to include quoting, ordering, delivering, and rescheduling of agreements
Answer all verbal and written enquiries and manage expectations to customer/dealer/broker satisfaction
Update and maintain records for quoting, contracts and customers
To support the dealer/broker network as appropriate with quoting and proposal queries
To follow and work to the current fleet process
Ensure Operations and Sales Support Manager is aware of potential issues associated with work queues
Own all customer issues through to resolution
Work effectively with colleagues in support functions around the business to maximise customer satisfaction
Monitor own performance to ensure adherence to targets, deadlines and procedures
Constant focus on the needs of the customer with the aim of providing value driven services
To support the dealer network ensuring quotations and credit decisions are completed internally within set timescales
Customer retention - contact by telephone and/or email all Contract Hire customers at end of contract to retain business
To work with Operations and Sales Support Manager to produce quotes for campaigns and tenders
Meet individual performance targets
Adhere to formal regulatory processes and policies
Such other duties as management may from time to time reasonably require
Skills/experience required
Previous supervisory experience
Experience working in a customer focused team
Consumer Finance, automotive, contract hire with fleet experience would be ideal
