Information Processor / Administrator - Remote Opportunity!
We are excited to partner with a great organisation based in Chelmsford, Essex who are seeking an Administrator/Information Processor to join the growing team. This role is a remote position however they do have team days in the Chelmsford office or social events per quarter and you will have a week of training in the Chelmsford office if you join the team.
Duties will include:
Using in house software to manage information provided to ensure timely project handover
Ensure all incoming information is recorded as received and dealt with promptly
Extract information from external sources to complete equipment schedules
Ensure that personal system tasks are actioned on time in full and third-party actions are closed on completion
Review and approve as-built literature/information provided by third parties
Action non-technical comments on manuals
Addressing any project creep and controlling where possible. Escate to the Project Manager if needed
Maintain project management tools to ensure the information is relevant, correct and up to date
Maintain your ability in the use of, all relevant ICT (Information & Communications Technology)
Feedback any system/process improvements to appropriate internal team to ensure continuous improvement is sustainedCandidate requirements:
Previous administrative experience within a role that requires data entry and excellent attention to detail
Strong use of MS Packages (Word, Outlook and Excel) and the ability to pick up new databases
Customer service skills - able to communicate effectively with clients advising on time-frames and documentation needed for projects
Understanding of data management would be an advantage This role is a remote position however they do have team days in the Chelmsford office or social events per quarter and you will have a week of training in the Chelmsford office if you join the team.
22k-25k dependant on experience
24 days annual leave
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with on hour lunch. Fridays - 2pm finish with 30 minutes lunch.
