Senior Care Assistant
Our Client's Care Home Based in Exeter are currently looking for full time Senior Care Assistant's to join their friendly team!
Location: Exeter
Setting: Care Home, 52 Bedded Home; Dementia, Old Age,
Position: Senior Care Assistant
Hourly Rate: GBP10.70
Hours: 36-48 / Alternative weekend
A typical day will involve for Senior Care Assistant:
* You will delegate tasks and responsibilities to the team on shift, making sure all residents' needs and wishes are met. You will carry out detailed handover's to ensure all care plan and other documentation is completed and to a high standard.
* . This involves carrying out personal care and meeting each person's physical, emotional and spiritual needs, as well as promoting our resident's independence, choice and control.
* When required the Senior Care Assistant will support individual performance management plans for identified staff.
Required for Senior Care Assistant Role:
You will need at least 1 years' experience
NVQ level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
You will need to be flexible to work alternative weekend's
