A Product Owner is sought by a highly successful software house, developing market-leading manufacturing and engineering-based software solutions. Our client is currently working towards developing a large cloud-based platform to better serve customers worldwide.
You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. You will prioritise Epics and Stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are realigned with the product strategy and customer projects. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will create and maintain a product backlog, provide iteration planning, and ensure that you provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting the team.
Additionally, you will liaise with Account Managers/Project Managers/ Customers to agree on iterative delivery schedules and assist the Sales Team in additional technical product demonstrations.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a Product Owner or similar role
A background in Agile Methodologies, preferably SCRUM
Technical background
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Web-based technologies e.g., HTML, JavaScript, XML
