GRADUATE / COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SURVEYOR
I am partnered with an independent property consultancy based in North London offering agency and professional advice across the Commercial and Residential property sectors.
Based in their Whetstone Office, our Commercial Management department is looking to recruit a Graduate Surveyor or someone looking to transition into commercial property management.
You will join the team as a Commercial Property Manager managing a broad range of retail, office, leisure, industrial and residential property.
The role involves all aspects of property management across a wide-ranging portfolio .
Duties:
Include inspections,
Valuations
Rent review/lease renewal work.
Requirements:
You will have basic knowledge of property
The ability to communicate with landlords, tenants and staff in a confident manner.
The ideal candidate will be articulate and have strong written communication skills.
