Infinity specialises in providing efficient property compliance and management services to a large number of commercial and residential clients across the Country. As our portfolio increases, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the provision of a tendering and estimating service and ongoing project financial management, in support of the operational delivery for mechanical, electrical and general building projects. Preparing pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, fixed price estimates and budget estimates, valuations, project specific financial management through to finalisation of accounts

Our Successful Candidate:

* Degree or equivalent in a Quantity Surveying related discipline.

* Experience in a similar role, undertaking a range of tendering, estimating and surveying duties.

* Knowledge of the Building Regulations and other construction and Quantity surveying related legislation.

* Experience working within terms of NEC3 contracts would be desirable.

* Full UK driving licence to meet the travel requirements of the role.
