Sales Progressor / Sales Administrator

DallasWylde are exclusively recruiting for a Sales Progressor for one of our most prestigious clients based in Norfolk.

Experience:

You need to have proven experience in a similar role working as a Sales Progressor or Sales Administrator for a new home's developer.

Your Responsibilities:

* Take a reservation through to legal completion, ensuring that it complies with the conditions of sale and timetables.

* To clearly communicate the purchasing process to the customers and help them to achieve the required exchange timescales, whilst providing a "5* Customer Service" experience

* Support the purchaser through the potential difficulties.

* Build a good relationship with the purchaser and be their main point of contact for all progression related matters.

* Follow the progression procedures to ensure consistent approach and the customer is clear on the process.

* Carry out introduction calls, making any necessary notes and amendments to the reservation documentation and ensuring that this is reflected in our memorandum of sale and that all parties are advised. Notes to be kept on contact builder.

* Ensure that the content of the memorandum of sale pack is accurate.

* Monitor the progress of each sale to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays.

* Provide weekly and ongoing updates with the Nominated IFA and Solicitors

* Advise on any issues with Build Sales Forecast, Key Dates, CML etc on a regular basis.

* Provide a weekly Close of Business Report, at the end of the week, detailing progress for the week, any overdue exchanges and forecasting the expected exchanges for the next business week.

Skills and Knowledge:

* Confident and literate with IT applications - Excel, Word & Outlook

* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

* Ability to be pro-active and self-motivate.

* Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.

* Good prioritising and organisational skills with strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills
